Terms of Service

By using Izzy’s Playground you agree to these terms. Please read them before creating a portrait or placing an order.

Who can use the service

You must be at least 18, or use the service with permission from a parent or guardian who agrees to these terms for you. You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your login information secure.

Your photos and content

You keep ownership of the photos you upload. By uploading photos or other content, you grant Izzy’s Playground a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, fully paid, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, create derivative works from, display, distribute, sublicense, and transfer that content in any media or format for operating, fulfilling, improving, protecting, promoting, and developing Izzy’s Playground and related products or services. You confirm you have the right to upload the content and to grant this license.

Generated portraits

To the extent permitted by law, Izzy's Playground owns the generated portraits, artwork, designs, outputs, prompts, edits, and related creative assets produced through the service. Your order gives you the right to use the generated portrait on the products you buy from us, but it does not transfer ownership of the generated assets unless we agree in writing. AI-generated results vary; we provide multiple attempts so you can pick the one you love before you buy. Product colors, sizing, placement, and print results may vary slightly from the preview due to screen settings, product blanks, and print production.

Acceptable use

• Upload only photos you own or have permission to use.
• Don’t use the service for unlawful, infringing, or abusive content.
• Don’t attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the service.

Orders and payment

Prices, taxes, shipping, and totals are shown before checkout and charged via Stripe. Each item is made to order. Placing an order is an offer to buy; we may decline or cancel orders (for example, if a product is unavailable or cannot be fulfilled) and will refund any charge in that case. If we expect a shipment delay beyond the stated timeframe, we will contact you with the updated timing and, when required, the option to cancel and receive a refund for unshipped items.

Fulfillment, shipping, and returns

Apparel is printed and shipped by our fulfillment partner. Production and delivery times and our return policy are described on the Shipping & Returns page, which is part of these terms.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Changes

We may update these terms; the “last updated” date reflects the latest version. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
