How does it work?
Upload a photo of your pet, choose an art style, and we generate a portrait. Refine it until you love it, then print it on apparel and accessories.
What photo works best?
A clear, well-lit photo where your pet’s face is visible works best. You can regenerate or tweak the result if the first try isn’t perfect.
Which styles can I choose?
Watercolor, pop art, renaissance, anime, and minimalist — each transforms your pet differently.
How do sizing and colors work?
Pick your color and size on the product page; only available combinations are selectable, and a size guide is linked on each product.
How long until it arrives?
Items are made to order — usually 2–5 business days to print plus 3–8 business days to ship. See Shipping & Returns for details.
What if something is wrong with my order?
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, we’ll replace it free. Reach out within 30 days of delivery.
What happens to my pet’s photo?
It’s used to generate your portrait and fulfill your order. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.
