This policy explains what information Izzy’s Playground collects when you create a portrait or place an order, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Pet photos you upload — used to generate your portrait.
• Pet details you provide (name, type, personality notes).
• Account information — your email and a hashed password if you create an account.
• Order information — items, shipping address, and order status.
• Payment information — processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Basic usage data — anonymous performance and analytics to keep the site fast.

How we use it

• To generate your portrait and let you refine it.
• To fulfill, ship, and support your orders.
• To send transactional messages (order confirmations, password resets).
• To improve the product and prevent abuse.

Who we share it with

We share only what’s needed with the providers that run the service:

• Stripe — payment processing.
• Printful — printing and shipping your apparel.
• Our AI image provider — to generate the portrait from your photo.
• Resend — transactional email delivery.
• Vercel — hosting and privacy-friendly analytics.
• Sentry — error monitoring and operational alerts.

We do not sell your personal information.

Data retention

Original pet photos you upload are treated as private customer media. They stay attached to your image job while it is active, and they are deleted from storage when you archive or delete the job or when we complete a verified deletion request, unless we need to keep limited records for legal, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution reasons.

Generated portraits, saved designs, cart/order media, and print-ready files may be kept while they are attached to an active job, saved design, cart, order, fulfillment record, support request, or legal/accounting obligation. A retention worker deletes generated media for archived jobs after the configured retention window when no saved design references the job.

We keep your account, design, and order records while your account is active and as needed to fulfill orders, support customers, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time.

Your choices

• Access, correct, or delete your account data — contact us and we’ll help.
• Opt out of non-essential cookies via your browser settings.
• Depending on your state or country, you may have additional privacy rights. Contact us and we’ll respond to applicable requests.

Children’s privacy

Izzy’s Playground is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child provided personal information, contact us so we can review and delete it as needed.
