Shipping & Returns

Every piece is custom-made on demand with your pet’s portrait, then printed and shipped through our made-to-order production network.

Where we ship: We currently accept orders for delivery addresses in the United States only. During our grand-opening offer, shipping to eligible U.S. addresses is free.

Production & shipping times

• Production: most orders are printed within 2–5 business days.
• Shipping: typically 3–8 business days after production, depending on your U.S. delivery location.
• You’ll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.

Items are produced in facilities in the US, Mexico, Honduras, or Nicaragua, and shipped to you from the closest available facility.

Delays & cancellations

If we expect a shipment delay beyond the timeframe shown at checkout, we’ll contact you with an updated estimate. If you don’t want to wait, or if we can’t fulfill the order, you can cancel and receive a refund for unshipped items.

Returns & replacements

Because each item is custom-made on demand with your approved portrait, we can’t accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind after the order is submitted. We stand behind quality, though:

• If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, we’ll replace it free of charge.
• If your order is lost in transit, we’ll make it right.

How to request a replacement

Contact us within 30 days of delivery through the feedback widget or at support@izzysplayground.com with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we’ll sort it out quickly.
